Digital design has revolutionized the field of design. It is the fastest growing area of art and the demand for digital artists continues to grow at a steady pace, however, it remains very competitive.
In this class you will be designing on the computer using the programs of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Practical applications of digital design will be studied and you will learn vocabulary used in the digital design field. Application of design and drawing skills learned in Art Fundamentals will be used as you execute your assignments. The computer cannot perform magic…so you must use your skills as you work on the assignments in this course.
